We offer a 10-day return and exchange policy.
You can request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order.

📦 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Product must be in original packaging with tags intact

  • The parcel must be properly sealed (as received)

⚠️ Important Note (Hygiene Policy)

Due to the sensitive nature of undergarments, we strictly follow hygiene standards:

  • Used or worn items will NOT be accepted

  • Items with stains, odors, or damage will be rejected

🔁 Exchange Policy

You can request an exchange in case of:

  • Wrong size

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Defective or damaged product

We will replace the product with the correct one (subject to stock availability).

💰 Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received a wrong product

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection.

💸 Shipping Charges
